Our initial with Solidarity HealthShare was to provide a holistic understanding of their key demographics, customer behaviors, and opportunities for member growth.
We proposed several solutions to increase their market reach, simplify the member onboarding process through automation, increase customer lifetime value, and reduce churn.
Cohesive and Comprehensive
Working alongside Solidarity’s leadership and staff, we began focusing on developing a cohesive aesthetic for their comprehensive suite of services and resources provided to each member.
Their brand was already set apart from their competitors, so we focused on tightening everything up – the logo set, color palette, and a web-ready typeset to streamline their brand online.
Bringing the Customer Experience into the 21st century
Early in our engagement, Solidarity was expanding internal staff while working to gain autonomy from its previous service partner. The former partner had several limitations – namely, obsolete enterprise software.
The transition created the perfect opportunity to prioritize a “digital first” experience for members by utilizing automation and integrations across the board – from marketing their member sites to resources.
Extending the Experience through thoughtful storytelling
The new immersive online experience allowed us to further develop members’ understanding of the Solidarity HealthShare brand by creating and/or developing several sub-brands and identities.
Beyond developing identities for educational resources or raising brand awareness through video series on current events, we leaned into the ability to tell the story of Solidarity and the importance of what they do.
Over 5 years, we worked alongside Solidarity HealthShare by:
